Brian Doran is the President of Alliant Real Estate Investments, LLC which he started in early 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in the acquisition, restructuring and recapitalization of real estate debt and equity interests, workouts, bankruptcy, development, financing and sales. In 2001, Mr. Doran was hired to execute a turnaround on a Texas-based multifamily construction and development company. While successfully doing so, he also developed several luxury apartment communities. From 1991 until 2001, Mr. Doran was a founder and partner of Montford Companies, a Park City, Utah-based real estate investment firm. Mr. Doran was responsible for acquiring and restructuring debt and equity positions, and for formulating and executing investment exit strategies relating to more than 15,000 multifamily units and 4,000,000 Sq. Ft. of commercial properties. Prior to 1991, Mr. Doran was a senior officer of a REIT manager and of Mellon Bank. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Finance and Accounting.
