Alliant Capital Announces Closing of $65 Million Tax Credit Fund
Fund 103 will provide 642 units of affordable housing in critical coronavirus states: Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.
WOODLAND HILLS, CA (July 1, 2020) – Alliant Capital announces today the closing of Fund 103, a $65 million low income housing tax credit fund that will facilitate the creation of nearly 650 units for seniors and families in states that are among those hardest hit by the Coronavirus pandemic: Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.
