Jen Erixon

Managing Director, Originations

Jen Erixon is the Managing Director of Originations at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. Bringing over 25 years of affordable housing finance and development to Alliant, Ms. Erixon has structured, negotiated, and closed more than $3 billion of lower-tier LIHTC investments.

Prior to joining Alliant, Ms. Erixon served as Senior Vice President, Market Manager in the community lending division of a national bank, where she was responsible for originations, closings, and portfolio management in a multi-state territory. Previously, she worked for the national non-profit, Mercy Housing, as President of their 6-state Mountain Plains region. At Mercy Housing, she established a national Asset Management platform for its $2 billion portfolios. Ms. Erixon has held previous leadership roles in underwriting, investor sales, and originations for two national LIHTC syndicators.

Ms. Erixon earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.

Macy Kisilinsky

Managing Director, Originations

Macy Kisilinsky is a Managing Director at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, he is responsible for the acquisition of LIHTC properties in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Mid-West Regions. Bringing over 20 years of tax credit experience to Alliant, Mr. Kisilinsky has worked as an originator with the National Equity Fund, PNC Bank, Alliant Capital, and now Walker & Dunlop. Over his career, Mr. Kisilinsky has closed more than $1 billion in LIHTC investments, which has created over 2,000 units of critically needed affordable housing.
 
Prior to working as a tax credit originator, Mr. Kisilinsky was Assistant Director of Special Projects at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, where he focused on Public Housing HOPE VI and Mixed-Financed tax credit transactions.

Mr. Kisilinsky earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Don Snyder

Senior Director, Originations

Don Snyder is a Senior Director of Originations for Alliant Capital. In his role, he is responsible for structuring, underwriting, and negotiating real estate transactions with individuals and financial institutions. Mr. Snyder specializes in new construction and rehabilitation/adaptive re-use projects, HOPE VI, Section 236, mixed-income, mixed-use, and historic/state tax credits.

Mr. Snyder brings over 18 years of experience in real estate investment and LIHTC, syndication of affordable housing and historic tax credit investments to Walker & Dunlop and has participated in the acquisition and syndication of approximately $950 Million in tax credit investments nationwide.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Snyder previously worked as a Director of Acquisitions for Hunt Capital Partners, LLC. Before that, he served as a Director of Acquisitions for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for the origination, acquisition, financial underwriting, partnership structuring, and syndication of affordable housing and historic tax credit investments principally in the Midwest region.

Mr. Synder earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Baldwin Wallace University.

Aaron Krasnow

Senior Director, Originations

Aaron Krasnow is a Senior Director of Originations at Walker & Dunlop serving the Western Region. Mr. Krasnow has over 25 years’ experience working in the LIHTC and affordable housing industries, spending time in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. During his career, he worked as a soft money lender, affordable housing developer, investment underwriter, and originator.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krasnow originated approximately $750MM in federal and state tax credit investments for RBC Community Investments in properties throughout the Mountain West, Midwest, and Southwest. Mr. Krasnow has also been employed with MMA Financial (presently Boston Financial), Mercy Housing, and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

Mr. Krasnow graduated with a degree in Urban Studies with a focus in Land Use Planning and Development from San Francisco State University. He lives in San Diego, CA.

Blair Holden

Director, Originations

Blair Holden is a Director of Originations for Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, Mr. Holden is responsible for sourcing and structuring LIHTC Equity Investment opportunities and acquisitions throughout multiple southeastern and southwestern states. Mr. Holden has been involved in the financing, underwriting, and portfolio management of affordable and market-rate commercial real estate projects for over fifteen years.

Prior to Alliant Capital, Mr. Holden worked for SunTrust Community Capital as a LIHTC Debt Originator, focusing on the Southeast. Mr. Holden has previously held various lending, underwriting, and portfolio management roles with Community & Southern Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Holden earned his BBA with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. In addition, he is also a member of the TAAHP Education Committee (Texas) and the City of Decatur’s Affordable Housing Task Force (GA).

Suraj Mistry

Director, Originations

Suraj Mistry is a Director of Originations for Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, he is responsible for structuring new LIHTC equity investment opportunities and acquisitions for several states in the Southeastern region of the US. Mr. Mistry brings over a decade of experience in LIHTC, multifamily, and hospitality.

In his career, Mr. Mistry has worked in the affordable housing industry for 10+ years holding several different positions within Alliant and another nationally recognized LIHTC Syndication firm. Mr. Mistry started as a Financial Analyst, creating complex financial models for new lower-tier transactions. He later transitioned to an Asset Manager, where he oversaw a portfolio of 65 LIHTC deals with debt and equity investments of over $1B.
 
Mr. Mistry earned his Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance and Development.

Steven Giovangelo

Director, Originations

Steven Giovangelo is a Director of Originations at Alliant Capital and is responsible for acquisition of LIHTC properties in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. He has over 10 years of real estate experience, with 5 years being in affordable housing.

Prior to joining Alliant, Steven worked at TAG Associates Inc, focusing on management consulting for public housing agencies. Most recently, Mr. Giovangelo held a similar position at PNC Bank covering the Gulf Coast region. Mr. Giovangelo resides in Boston, MA. He graduated from Bentley University with a major in Economics and Finance.
